Comments (5) Update — Sara @ 10:17 am Where has the time gone? The days are flying by and I weightloss have been slacking on weightloss writing posts for this blog. I think I may be procrastinating because I know I haven’t been the model loser this week. I didn’t go weigh in on Monday. I just never made it to Longview. I weightloss will weigh in this afternoon. I’m hoping the scale goes down. I have been eating pretty healthy, although I did indulge in some caramel corn and I haven’t been exercising like I should be. My niece and I haven’t been walking this past week due to the below freezing temperatures. We did walk this morning and then I came home and did Billy’s Ultimate Bootcamp DVD. I’ll give you an update on pounds and inches after I weigh in today. |

Inches lost since the start: Ribcage: -1.0 Bellybutton: -4.5 Hips: -1.25 Thigh: -0.25 Calf: -0.75 Arm: -0.75 I’m planning on continuing to walk and adding Billy’s Bootcamp every other day. I’m hoping the walking will help whittle my hips and thighs and Billy will help build and tone my muscles. |
