There're new studies, and so we're allowing carrots in earlier phases. And dairy products, believe it or not, are looking better and better. And dairy in moderation, yogurt, were allowed-- Non-fat? But dairy, the sugar in dairy is digested slowly, and actually there are studies of dairy being associated with less weight gain and less diabetes. dr. gabe mirkin So low-fat dr. gabe mirkin milk, low-fat yogurt?
