I do charity some of my favorite moves from aerobic classes or I chase the kids up and charity down the hall, skipping, hopping, etc... This is great fun for all of us!! My 8 mo. old giggles and hops in her bouncy seat and if she starts getting cranky I pick her up charity and carry her with me..that really intensifies things!! Occasionally I use my baby as a workout tool as well! She loves when I bench press her or do my squats while holding her ( she's a great counterweight for balance!)
